菲媒：中国被抓渔船上海龟若为母龟罪行更重

巴拉望省普林塞萨港市检察官罗德里格斯12日对法新社说，将以环境罪起诉中国渔民，他拒绝了当天上午中国两名外交官为这一案件与他会面时提出的要求。报道称，如被证明收集珍稀、遭威胁的濒危物种，最严厉的判罚可能是20年的牢狱之灾以及大笔罚金。罗德里格斯对美国《华尔街》说，他将要求法官将中国渔民押往省监狱。报道说，面对中国压力，不清楚中国渔民会被关押多久。菲总统府12日声称，不会介入对中国渔民的审讯。菲律宾媒体昨天报道称，中国被抓渔船上发现的海龟的性别也将影响判决结果，如果海龟是母的，罪行将更重。

昨晚截至本报付印时，菲方未传出判决消息。一名菲律宾华人对《环球时报》说，菲律宾司法程序很慢，“按以往做法，判决起码需要几个月，甚至几年”。

海南省琼海市潭门镇渔业协会会长丁之乐12日下午接受《环球时报》采访时，对菲律宾当局的做法感到气愤。他说，被扣渔民家属都希望家人赶紧回来。厦门大学南洋研究院院长庄国土昨天对《环球时报》表示，菲律宾根本无权在争议海域依照它的国内法来审讯中国渔民，这是跨界执法，越权审判，是不合法的。
